I have a rental property that needed a complete overhaul when my renters moved out to get it ready to rent again. I contacted a few Handyman Services, got a couple quotes, and went with Edwin at 101 Handyman Repairs. Long story short, he has done an incredible job with a variety of things that needed to get updated; complete interior painting of all walls and ceilings, as well as fixing some water damage in the hallway ceiling due to water damage, fixing the pipe problem in the attic that caused the water damage, fixed a large section of perimeter fencing that was damaged, installed two broken roof vents, fixed the rain gutter on the back of the house that was really bad, reglazed the tub/shower in one bathroom, laid laminate flooring in the kitchen and dining area and entry way, laid tile in the bathroom, fixed a broken sliding glass door lock, and installed a new kitchen entry door/frame.
Edwin was literally a one-stop shop for a slew of needed repairs. Being able to consolidate these varied tasks into one company was such a time saver and his pricing was super competitive. He was super punctual, communicated well, and did what he said he would do.
Has taken some years, but I have finally found a super reliable and trustworthy company/person for home repair needs!!

Edwin was super easy to communicate with from start to end which made the whole process seamless for us.
He removed our old door, installed a new door for us, and did a few electrical items that had to be taken care of outside.
In the past, we've had some problems with others who do mediocre work or make a mess, so we really appreciated how clean/organized he is and the attention to detail he has with his work.

So very happy to have found Edwin, owner of 101 Handyman Repairs here on Yelp. Edwin is extremely professional and capable. We had a cabinet that needed to be adjusted for a new wall oven with slightly different size requirements than the old oven. Edwin came out to take a look at what would be required materials-wise, and gave a fair price for the job. He returned the following day on time, and completed said repair to our satisfaction. He also rebuilt the floor of the cabinet as it was not secure and might break with weight of new oven. I feel like I've hit the lottery, since finding a trustworthy and competent handyman is certainly not easy. Thank you, Edwin.

I was very pleased with their work and I would definitely hire them again. They installed two new doors on my rooftop patio , one of which included partial restoration of the frame. And they also sealed some around the rooftop parapet. Always very good communication over the phone. Very satisfied with the value and quality of work.

Edwin was great. He provided me right away with a quote and his availability. He said he would arrive at 8am next morning and was waiting for me outside when I walked out at 8am sharp. He installed a Ceiling fan for me. Edwin was professional, polite and proactive. He started building the new fan while waiting for us to clean up our stuff where the fan was going to be installed. I noticed a light flickering after the installation and called Edwin for help after he had already left. He let me know he was available and let me know he would happily stop by and take a look to make sure everything was working properly and I was satisfied with his work. He stopped by next day and made the adjustment it was just a loose connection that caused the light flickering, he also switched out our wall switch to a better model and he included as part of the installation. I will definitely use 101 Handyman repairs again.

I recently hired Edwin at 101 Handyman Repairs to build a new custom door for my water heater closet and repair a hole in the closet ceiling that led to the attic. His quote was very fair, and he explained everything in detail that he was going to do. After taking very careful measurements, he said that he would probably have the door finished the following week and would come over to install it. As it turns out, he finished it in just a few days and came over later that same week for the installation. He did a fantastic job on the build, and had everything painted prior to installation. He put louvred grills at the top and bottom vents which will keep the rain out, unlike the old fiberboard door which was literally falling apart from weather damage. Edwin and his assistant worked tirelessly to get the fit perfect, despite the extreme heat that day. This was not an easy installation, considering that I was replacing only the door itself and not the frame. Nevertheless, they did an incredible job, and I couldn't be more pleased with their work. I fully intend on using 101 Handyman Repairs for my future needs (I already have at least three more projects currently waiting), and highly recommend this business to anyone looking for an A+++ craftsman with very reasonable rates.

Edwin and his helper arrived on time and got to work quickly. They had all the materials and tools needed, and completed the project smoothly. They kept the workplace clean.
